LMJPR Principal Laura Min Jackson, MSOD, is an award-winning writer and communications professional with 20+ years of experience working with global corporations, start-ups, and nationally-ranked PR agencies.   

​Prior to launching LMJPR in 2006, she was Vice President of Global Communications for the CardioVascular division of Baxter Healthcare 
and the division’s public spin-off, Edwards Lifesciences (NYSE:EW). She also served as Senior VP at Porter/Novelli, where she launched a major statewide women's health initiative as West Coast Director of the firm’s national Healthcare practice. As VP at PainePR (now CitizenPaine), she created the agency’s Healthcare practice, and provided specialized consulting in B2B and crisis communications. Previously, she worked in Burson-Marsteller’s Technology and Consumer Goods account ​groups, and held positions in both the Government and Nonprofit sectors.  

Laura's also an adjunct professor in the Graduate Strategic PR program at the USC Annenberg School of Communication and Journalism, and
has been a guest speaker/facilitator for such organizations as AmericaSpeaks; The International Business and Economics Institute; Columbia University; The Conference Board; International Children’s Heart Foundation; Women in Thoracic Surgery, and Il Foro Cardiovascular.

Laura has an M.S. in Organization Development from Pepperdine University, and a bachelor's in Communications from Cal State University, Fullerton.  ​She's a member of the Asian-American Business Association and the Medical Device Alliance, a contributing author to the 2006 best-selling book Awakening the Workplace: Achieving Connection, Fulfillment and Success at Work, and a Black Belt-certified instructor of The Nia Technique,® a global mind-body health and well-being practice.
